30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return
• Unopened and unused products in original packaging
• Items with all tags and labels attached
• Products in resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened skincare, makeup, or beauty products
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@miraliss.com with your order number
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Ship your return using the provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Contact us at support@miraliss.com to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
• Free returns on defective or incorrect items
• Customer is responsible for return shipping on standard returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@miraliss.com with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement right away.
